Ordering: When you place an order for tickets or make a donation, we use a third-party service to collect Personally Identifiable Information (such as name, contact and billing information, credit card, and other transaction information) on our behalf. This third-party service is OvationTix, a leader in ticketing software, and owner of TheaterMania.com. We and OvationTix are the exclusive handlers of your information and use it to process your ticket order, process payment, and to communicate with you about the status of your order. Personally Identifiable Information and Credit card information is stored by OvationTix/TheaterMania and may be used by you, the Festival, or a box office agent to look up and edit orders, print tickets, etc. This information is stored for everyone's convenience. Once your purchase is complete, you will be given a web address and login where you can also look up and make changes to your order online.
Email notifications and newsletter: If you purchase a ticket, a package, or make a donation, your e-mail address will be stored in our records so that we may inform you of a show cancellation, venue change, or any other notification about the show(s) you have purchased. In addition we may include your email address on a distribution list for our e-newsletter. Newsletters will be sent a maximum of 12 times per year, they will always be sent to you directly from the Festival (using an e-mail marketing program that meets industry standards) and contain information pertinent to patrons of the Provincetown Tennessee Williams Theater Festival. You may easily opt-out of newsletters with one click of your mouse.
Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, rent, trade or otherwise gain from the sharing of Personally Identifiable Information.
Donor information is strictly confidential and, except as otherwise stated herein, donor information is not shared, traded or otherwise distributed.

We also reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we in good faith believe to be unlawful.
