Celebrate your raffle win with Tom’s favorite drink!

The Ramos Gin Fizz demands 20 minutes of shaker time! Created in 1888 by Henry Charles "Carl" Ramos and made famous by the Sazerac Bar at the Roosevelt Hotel in New Orleans, it's lovingly called a "breakfast drink" by some since it has some of the ingredients in French toast. The similarities end there.

So devoted are the fans of this citrusy, sweet and creamy concoction, that notorious Louisiana governor Huey P. Long once flew a Sazerac bartender up to New York City to teach northerners the proper way to mix it.

So enjoy this bit of folklore about a proper Ramos Gin Fizz and head over to our raffle page to get your tickets for a chance to win a basket full of Provincetown's best experiences.
